Board of Commissioners
1.	Soegiarto Adikoesoemo, President Commissioner Soegiarto Adikoesoemo is the founder of AKR Group. He was appointed as the President Commissioner of the Company in 1992 He has previously served as the President Director (1982-1992) of the Company and currently holds several key positions within the Group including: President Commissioner of PT Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo Tbk (since 1990), PT Arjuna Utama Kimia, PT Andahanesa Abadi and PT Saritanam Pratama, Vice President Commissioner for PT Sorini Towa Berlian Corporindo, Chairman and Legal Representative for Khalista (Liuzhou) Chemical Industries Ltd, Guangxi Guigang AKR Container Port Co, AKR (Guigang) Port Co Ltd, AKR (Guigang) Transshipment Co. Ltd and AKR (Guangxi) Coal Trading Co Ltd.
2.	Sabirin Saiman, Independent Commissioner Sabirin Saiman was appointed as the Company’s Independent Commissioner in 1994. He is also the Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee. Sabirin Saiman has extensive experience in the shipping and ports business and previously served as the President Director of PT (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia II (State-Owned Ports Company II). He has an Economics degree from Gajah Mada University, Jogjakarta.
3.	I Nyoman Mastra, Commissioner I Nyoman Mastra was appointed as the Company’s Commissioner in 2009, Previously he served in various Position at PT AKR Corporindo Tbk subsidiary such as Commissioner at PT Sorini Jalajaya Industry and Director at PT Pratama Dermaga Nusantara, as advisor in PT Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo Tbk and Head of Ship Management at PT AKR Corporindo Tbk.

Board of Directors
1.		Haryanto Adikoesoemo, President Director Haryanto Adikoesoemo is the Company’s President Director and the AKR Business Group’s CEO since 1992. Haryanto Adikoesoemo concurrently holds the position as the President Director of PT Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo Tbk., President Director of PT Sorini Towa Berlian Corporindo, President Commissioner of PT Jakarta Tank Terminal, Commissioner of PT Arjuna Utama Kimia, President Commissioner of PT Usaha Era Pratama Nusantara, Commissioner of PT Saritanam Pratama, Chairman of Khalista (Liuzhou) Chemical Industries Ltd, Director of Guangxi Guigang AKR Container Port Co, Director of AKR (Guigang) Port Co Ltd, Director of AKR (Guigang) Transshipment Co., Ltd and Director of AKR (Guangxi) Coal Trading Co Ltd. He has completed the Executive Management Program from the prestigious Harvard Business School, US (1991-1993) and has a Bachelors of Sciences degree from the University of Bradford in the UK (1983). Haryanto Adikoesoemo was awarded Entrepreneur of The Year 2008 by Ernst & Young.
2.		Jimmy Tandyo, Director Jimmy Tandyo was appointed to the Board of Directors of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk in 1985 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for PT AKR Corporindo Tbk’s Business Unit. Over the years, Jimmy Tandyo concurrently has held various leadership roles within the Group including: Director of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (since 1985), Commissioner of PT Arjuna Kimia Utama (since 1985), PT Usaha Era Pratama Nusantara (since 2002) and PT Jakarta Tank Terminal. He has completed the Advanced Management Program from the prestigious Harvard Business School in 2005.
3.		Bambang Soetiono Soedijanto, Director Bambang Soetiono Soedijanto was appointed as a Director in 1994 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Sales and Operations of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk. He has held several managerial positions within AKR since he joined the Company in 1989 including: Head of Finance/Accounting, Surabaya Branch, at PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (1989-1992); Branch Manager, Surabaya Branch, PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (1992-1994); Director of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (1994-present); President Director of PT Usaha Era Pratama Nusantara (2002-present), Director of PT Jakarta Tank Terminal, Director of PT Arjuna Utama Kimia and Director of AKR (Guigang) Transshipment Port Company. Bambang Soetiono Soedijanto has an Economics Degree specializing in Accounting from STIE Surabaya (1986).
4.		Arief Budiman Utomo, Director Arief Budiman Utomo joined the Board of Director in 2006. He has held a number of managerial positions including the Head of Sales Division at PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, Jakarta (2000-2003) and Deputy Managing Director at PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, Jakarta (2003-2006). Arief Budiman Utomo graduated from Atmajaya University in Jogjakarta with a degree in Business Economics and has attended various training and seminars throughout his career both in Indonesia and abroad including the Advanced Management Program from the prestigious Harvard Business School.
5.		Mery Sofi, Director Mery Sofi joined the Board of Director in 2006 Mery Sofi has been with AKR since 1997 where she served as the Company’s Financial Controller up to 2006. Apart from her current position as the Director of Finance of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, Mery Sofi concurrently serves as the Director of Finance for PT Jakarta Tank Terminal, a position she has held since 2007. Director of PT Arjuna Utama Kimia, Director of PT Andahanesa Abadi, Director of PT Usaha Era Pratama Nusantara and Director of AKR (Guigang) Transshipment Port Company and Director of AKR (Guangxi) Coal Trading Co Ltd. Mery Sofi has an Economics degree in Accounting from UKRIDA-Jakarta.
6.		V Suresh, Director V Suresh appointed as a Director in 2009, V Suresh previously served as Corporate Secretary and Head of Investor Relations as well as Head of Corporate Finance in AKR and Sorini. He has broad experience ranging from Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Commercial, Business Development, Planning and System improvement in various multinational companies. V Suresh has Commerce Degree from Bangalore University and is a Chartered Accountant from Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants, New Delhi. V Suresh was awarded Best Investor Relations Officer in Indonesia 2008 by Asia Money Magazine, Hong Kong.
